ASTRA WATCH FACES

Terms of sale.

These terms apply to Pro keys bought on astra-watch-face.com. Pro editions bought on Garmin Connect IQ follow the Connect IQ store terms.

Who sells the key

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all our Pro key orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payments and handles returns, under the Paddle buyer terms. Astra Watch Faces is an independent studio by astra-dev, contact contact@astra-dev.fr.

What you buy

A Pro key is a digital license that unlocks the Pro features of one Astra Free watch face on one Garmin watch, identified by the watch code you enter before paying. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription. You need a compatible watch with the Free face installed: check the compatibility list on the face page before buying.

Price and delivery

The price, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout. The key appears on the page as soon as the payment is confirmed and is also sent to the email address used at checkout.

Use of the key

The key is for your personal use on the watch it was created for. It keeps working after a reinstall of the same face on the same watch. Sharing, reselling or publishing keys is not allowed. If you change watches, contact us with your order number and the new watch code.

Refund policy

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. If your key does not unlock Pro on your watch and we cannot fix the problem, you get a full refund. Request it from the link in your Paddle receipt, at paddle.net, or by email to contact@astra-dev.fr with your order number. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Updates

Watch faces may be updated to fix issues or add features. A valid key remains valid for its face and watch in later versions of the same face.
