Refund policy.

Pro keys bought on this website

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. If your key does not unlock Pro on your watch and we cannot fix the problem, you get a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, merchant of record for all Pro key orders. To request a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt, visit paddle.net, or email contact@astra-dev.fr with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Pro editions bought on Garmin Connect IQ

Purchases made in the Garmin Connect IQ store are refunded by Garmin. In the Connect IQ app, open the watch face page, then Report a Problem and Request a Refund, within 48 hours of purchase. After that, contact Garmin support.
